How long until I receive my order?

Production of your custom mosaic will take 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped free U.S.P.S. Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days. You will receive your order 3-6 days after we receive your CD or DVD of your pets photos.

Do you do more than animals?

Yes, we will create custom mosaics of anything you would like. Please e-mail customer service if it is an odd request.

Will you do custom sizes?

Yes, you will need to contact customer service so we can make sure your size is not a problem.

How do I send my photos?

Photos can be can be mailed on a CD or DVD. We are working on being able to uploaded photos during the check out process.
